Welcome to HIstamps. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our site or making an acquisition, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility & Site Access

By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are a resident of the United States. HIstamps grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial acquisition of philatelic products.

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

Descriptions: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and “Genuine Standards” are accurate. However, minor variations in stamp centering or color registration may occur in different USPS® production batches.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on market liquidation conditions or to correct typographical errors without prior notice.
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Authenticity & Usage Guarantee

HIstamps provides 100% genuine USPS Forever® postage.

Legality: All stamps are guaranteed to be valid and legal for their specified postal use within the United States.
Sourcing: Our inventory is sourced through legitimate secondary-market liquidation channels. We do not sell imitations or “replica” postage.

4. Secure Payment & Identity Protection

We prioritize your financial safety. All transactions are handled through encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party processors. HIstamps does not have access to or store your full credit card information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content featured on HIstamps, including but not limited to original photography, micro-scanned specimen images, “The HIstamps Story” text, and site architecture, is the exclusive property of HIstamps . Unauthorized reproduction, “scraping,” or redistribution of our assets for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal enforcement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIstamps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited strictly to the actual purchase price of the goods in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of this site shall be settled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
